A gas plant lifts two very different things: the heavy, one-time loads of plant erection and overhaul — cold-box modules, compressors, cryo pumps — and the relentless daily duty of moving cylinders, singly and by the pallet, around filling and storage.

Yes — jib cranes and hoists with dedicated single-cylinder and palletised cylinder attachments for safe, ergonomic filling-floor handling.

Are the cranes safe for oxygen-rich areas?

We build with oxygen-service awareness — spark-resistant and flame-proof options, and clean (oil-free where required) execution for the relevant areas; specify your zone classification.

What capacity do you provide for cold-box erection?

Heavy double-girder EOT cranes sized to your heaviest module or compressor — typically up to ~100 t, with auxiliary hoists for two load ranges.

Can the hoists run high-cycle filling duty?

Yes — we size the duty class (FEM / IS) to your daily cylinder cycles so the hoist lasts under continuous filling-floor use.

Which standards apply?
