A motorised trolley that traverses the hoist smoothly and quickly along the beam — built for heavier loads and regular duty. Capacities up to 50 tonnes, with two-speed or VFD travel.
Electric Travelling Trolley.
The Electric Travelling Trolley moves the hoist along the beam under power, giving fast, smooth, controlled travel for heavier loads and frequent duty. A TEFC geared motor with a fail-safe brake drives forged, machined wheels.
Capacities up to 50 tonnes, with two-speed or VFD travel for precise positioning and minimal load sway, and the track adjustable to your beam flange.

What does an electric trolley do?
It carries the hoist along the beam under power — fast, smooth, low-effort travel for heavier loads and frequent duty.
What capacity does it cover?
0.5 to 50 tonnes. Send your load, beam and travel distance and we’ll size it.
Single-speed or VFD?
Single-speed is economical; two-speed or VFD travel gives precise spotting and minimal load sway for heavier or frequent work.
Will it fit my beam?
Yes — the track gauge is adjustable to your I-beam or box-section flange.
Can I fit it to my existing hoist?
Usually yes — we match the trolley capacity, suspension and drive to your hoist and beam.
When is manual enough?
For short beams, light loads and occasional traverse, a manual (push or geared) trolley is the economical choice.
