Manual Trolley (Geared / Push-Pull)
A hand-operated trolley — push-pull or geared chain — that moves the hoist and load along the beam simply and reliably, for short beams and occasional traverse.
Manual Trolley (Geared / Push-Pull).
The Manual Trolley carries the hoist along the beam by hand push or geared chain, so the load can move side-to-side as well as up and down. Forged, machined wheels and anti-drop / anti-tilt plates keep it safely captive on the beam.
It suits short beams and occasional traverse at light-to-medium duty, with the track adjustable to your I-beam or box-section flange.

What does a manual trolley do?
It carries the hoist along the beam so the load can move side-to-side, by hand — either pushed (plain) or moved with a geared hand chain.
Plain or geared?
Plain (push) for short beams and light loads; geared for heavier loads, higher beams, or where finer control is wanted.
Will it fit my beam?
Yes — the track gauge is adjustable to your I-beam or box-section flange; send the beam section and we’ll match it.
Can I fit it to my existing hoist?
Usually yes — we match the trolley capacity and suspension to your chain or wire-rope hoist.
Is it safe on the beam?
Yes — anti-drop and anti-tilt plates keep it captive, with end stops to limit travel.
When should I choose electric instead?
For long beams, heavier loads or frequent traverse, an electric travelling trolley gives faster, smoother, lower-effort movement.
