LOADMATE offers a wide range of ultralow headroom electric chain hoist that is designed for those applications where headroom is limited. As a result of extensive engineering and designing, these hoists provide smooth, safe, and maintenance-free operation in a variety of applications. These hoists are readily available for up to 20 ton capacity with either manual or electric traverse motion. Higher capacity hoists are also available on request.

The Ultralow headroom Electric Chain Hoist coupled with monorail trolley requires minimum space for operations where there are headroom limitations. These hoists are available in a variety of different configurations, and the selection is entirely dependent on its application. These are most useful in the following two cases.

  1. During the planning stage of a new building: When a new building is planned, the use of low headroom hoists makes it possible to lower the height of the building as they require less space than standard hoists. This reduces the required height of the structure/ building and saving costs for material, heating, or air conditioning of the building. LOADMATE hoists are the ideal solution in such cases as they require less space due to their ultra-low headroom configuration.
  1. When height becomes an issue in an existing building: LOADMATE Ultralow headroom Electric Chain Hoist is the ideal solution in situations where every centimetre of headroom is vital. This series enables the load to be raised almost up to the support beam. With its state-of-the-art technology, this low headroom electric chain hoist can perform the tasks assigned to it with ease. This makes it possible to use the existing frame without lifting the track upwards or lowering the floor level. It is highly useful in applications like below deck in ships, on oil platforms, etc.
 

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Safety Upper-lower limit switch to prevent over lifting and over lowering
  • Control Voltage stepped down to 24 V for enhanced safety with an emergency stop button
  • 2-buttons pendant on fixed hoist or with manual trolley and 4-buttons unit on hoist coupled to electric trolley.
  • Option of hook mounted, Push-pull Trolley mounted, geared trolley mounted or electric trolley mounted to meet a variety of applications
  • Trolley wheel flange width is custom-built for the specific beam specified on order. These hoist with trolleys can be supplied to fit a range of beams including I-beams, H-Beams, Universal Beams or Fabricated Box girders
